Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your scrubs in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment automatically once it is scanned into the system.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
